Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Chennai for a Property Hunter. The Property Hunter will be responsible for identifying potential properties for new pharmacy locations, conducting site visits, assessing property conditions, negotiating lease agreements, and coordinating with real estate agents and property owners. Additionally, the Property Hunter will maintain records of property leads and collaborate with the expansion team to ensure strategic growth of the pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate and property hunting

• Basic communication skilll
• 10th or 12th or Any Degree
• Knowledge of local property market and trends in Chennai
• Ability to work independently and with a team
