About the Role :

We are actively looking for an experienced Service Delivery / Program Manager with a proven track record in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in managed services and telecom applications, with strong capabilities in client engagement, service management, and large-scale program execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of managed service programs for telecom clients.
Lead and manage large-scale service delivery operations with cross-functional teams.
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics are consistently met.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline telecom application delivery and operations.
Own risk management, escalations, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Lead governance meetings and client interactions at senior levels.

Skills & Experience Required :

Mandatory experience in the telecom domain.

Strong exposure to managed service models and telecom-specific application delivery.

Excellent program management, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.

Ability to lead and mentor large teams across service delivery operations.

Strong understanding of telecom systems, application landscapes, and industry practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Certifications such as PMP / ITIL would be an added advantage.
