Data Quality Specialist

Description : Role Overview :

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems and analytics pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and implement data quality frameworks and validation rules.
• Monitor data pipelines for accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure reliable reporting.
• Build automated data quality checks and dashboards.
• Document data definitions, standards, and governance Skills & Qualifications :
• 5 - 7 years of experience in data quality, data engineering, or data governance.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with data profiling, cleansing, and validation tools.
• Experience with big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and MDM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
