Job descriptionPreparation of presentations, Information Memorandums and other marketing material for fund raising activities. Financial Modelling - input project details in the company's template project model and prepare outputs for use in Information Memorandums for fund raising activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with funding providers (Indian and international lenders and investors) and handle their due diligence / ongoing reporting requirements. Analyze and advise Management on the financial risk profile of potential PPA counterparties and projects. Review and understand the company's tax reporting. Support Management in evaluating new market segments by developing business cases. Inter-department coordination for the preparation of portfolio performance and other reports for Management.
