Position Overview
AIMS Institutes invites dynamic and qualified professionals to join as Faculty in Business Law and Human Resource Management for the MBA program. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of academic expertise and industry exposure, capable of delivering high-quality teaching, research, and mentorship aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and NAAC quality standards .
The faculty member will contribute to curriculum development, student engagement, and institutional initiatives that promote academic excellence and holistic learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach postgraduate (MBA) courses in Business Law, Human Resource Management, and related areas.
- Design and deliver Outcome-Based Education (OBE)-aligned course plans, assessments, and evaluations.
- Guide students in projects, case studies, and research activities.
- Contribute to curriculum design, syllabus development, and academic innovation.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic reviews, and institutional development initiatives.
- Engage in research, publications, and consultancy projects in the areas of HR and Business Law.
- Mentor students for career readiness, placements, and overall professional growth.
- Support NAAC, NBA, and IQAC quality assurance processes and documentation.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and guest lectures to enhance industry-academia collaboration.
- Uphold institutional values, ethical standards, and teaching excellence.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Human Resource Managementand / or a Master's in Business Law (MBL / LLM).Minimum of 2–5 years of teaching experience in reputed institutions offering MBA or management programs.Strong understanding of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), Bloom's Taxonomy, and academic assessment methods.Familiarity with NAAC and accreditation processes.Excellent communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.Industry exposure or research experience in HR, Employment Law, or Corporate Law will be an added advantage.Preferred Skills
Research and publication record in recognized journals.Proficiency in academic technology tools (LMS, ERP, MS Teams, etc.).Ability to integrate real-world business and legal concepts into classroom teaching.Commitment to continuous professional development and quality enhancement.Skills : business law,hr,research,management,teaching
