Job Title : HR Operations Head
Location : Agra, Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required : 5–10 years
Work Mode : On-site (6 days working)

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all HR operational functions including onboarding, payroll, attendance, compliance, and HRMS management.
Streamline and implement HR policies, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across the organization..
Ensure smooth handling of joining formalities, employee data management, transfers, confirmations, and separations.
Supervise employee file maintenance, HR documentation, and record-keeping.
Manage full & final settlements and exit interviews.
Supervise monthly payroll processing and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursement.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).
Keep updated with changes in labor laws and ensure company compliance.
Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communication templates.
Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and compliance-related audits.
Support leadership in HR audits, manpower reporting, and organizational restructuring initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications :
MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
5–10 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, and HRMS systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
