Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telemarketer role located in Ahmedabad. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, scheduling appointments, and driving sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting products or services. The role requires excellent customer engagement and the ability to identify and respond to customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with clients and build relationships
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service to manage interactions and support customer needs
• Sales skills to meet targets and identify opportunities for business growth
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent;

bachelor's degree is advantageous
