Position Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Apprentice to support our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support : Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Onboarding & Offboarding : Support the onboarding of new hires and assist with exit formalities.

HR Administration : Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and handle documentation.

Employee Engagement : Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.

Payroll & Attendance Management : Help track attendance and process payroll-related documents.

HR Compliance : Ensure all HR activities align with company policies and legal requirements.

Reporting & Analytics : Prepare HR reports on recruitment, employee performance, and workforce trends.

Collaboration : Work closely with HR managers and team members to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
