Qualifications : Required education :

Given the responsibilities outlined such as designing complex ServiceNow forms and developing API integrations seeking candidates with a Masters degree might be beneficial especially if the role involves strategic development and mentoring responsibilities. However experienced candidates with a Bachelors degree and significant hands-on experience could also be highly effective.

Required Experience :

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.

Technical Skills :

• Advanced expertise in ServiceNow development (custom forms complex workflows business rules UI policies client / server scripts)
• Creating and managing API integrations (REST SOAP etc.) with specific experience connecting ServiceNow to external services such as Bentley servers is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM custom apps)
• A high level of fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
