We are looking for an experienced NPO Trainer to deliver training on RF Planning Network Optimization Performance Management KPIs and Troubleshooting across multivendor telecom networks.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training on RF Planning Drive Test Analysis KPI Optimization .

Train engineers on 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G performance parameters and optimization techniques.

Explain call flows mobility procedures handovers & QoS improvement methods.

Conduct sessions on network audit data analysis and troubleshooting.

Guide participants through tools used for performance monitoring & optimization.

Provide practical case studies optimization workflows and field scenarios.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in NPO / RF Planning & Optimization .

Knowledge of Huawei / Ericsson / Nokia / ZTE / Samsung optimization practices.

Expertise in drive test tools (TEMS NEMO Actix Atoll MapInfo etc.).

Experience in KPI analysis neighbor planning interference management.

Prior training or SME experience preferred.

Excellent presentation & communication skills.
