Lead - Brand Marketing Responsibilities :

• Category Leadership : Drive awareness and adoption of a new and evolving category, positioning Ree Paired as an industry leader.
• Marketing Strategy : Design and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and drive growth.
• Campaign Leadership : Strategize, manage, and optimize end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels to achieve marketing and business objectives.
• Performance Marketing : Take charge of performance marketing efforts, focusing on scaling paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and driving measurable results.
• Brand Development : Enhance brand narrative through compelling storytelling and a customer-centric approach.
• Analytics & Insights : Leverage data to optimize campaign performance, ensuring every rupee spent delivers maximum ROl.
• D2C Expertise : Apply deep understanding of the D2C landscape to refine the customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, tech, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Budget Oversight : Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal resource Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
