Life Pharmacy - Regional Manager / General Manager - Retail Operations

Job summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced 'General Manager , Regional Manager - Retail Operations' to lead and oversee our retail business operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of retail management, and ability to handle Pharma, Beauty, Nutrition and related product segments. Develop and implement effective retail strategies to achieve business goals.

• Lead and manage all retail operations including sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Oversee store performance, optimize sales, and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to drive operational excellence.
• Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in an expressive manner.
• Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing retail team.
• Leading integrated marketing campaigns (ATL / BTL) to strengthen brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales upliftment; tailoring promotions and pricing strategies based on consumer behavior insights.
• Responsible for business development, optimum manpower planning, inventory management and budgeting.
• Lead, guide and evaluate the performance of Area Managers, Cluster Managers and Store Manager
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Conducting thorough competitor analysis to monitor market trends and competitor activities, enabling timely strategic adjustments to maintain competitive advantage
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in Pharma, Health, or Beauty & Wellness sectors.
• Proven track record of managing multi-store operations and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of UAE market regulations and retail compliance.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
