About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Sales Cloud Analyst for a remote offshore contract role. This position requires strong technical expertise to work independently, focusing on advanced system configuration, custom scripting, integration maintenance, and data management within the Oracle Sales Cloud (now part of Oracle CX Cloud). The analyst will be key in maintaining system performance and ensuring data integrity for sales operations.

Responsibilities :

• Independent Technical Expertise : Function as the primary offshore resource, leveraging strong technical expertise to work independently on complex system configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution within Oracle Sales Cloud.
• Custom Scripting : Design, develop, and maintain custom functionalities, business logic, and validations using Groovy Scripts within Application Composer, ensuring system behavior aligns precisely with business requirements.
• Outlook Integration : Demonstrate good knowledge and / or expertise in the Microsoft Outlook Plugin Integration with Oracle Sales Cloud, including troubleshooting synchronization issues and ensuring smooth user experience.
• Data Management : Utilize expert knowledge in Import and Export Management tools, both for troubleshooting existing data migration issues and creating new efficient data import / export processes (bulk data updates, migration).
• Analytics and Reporting : Develop, maintain, and optimize robust Analytics and Reporting solutions using standard Oracle Sales Cloud tools (Reports and Analytics, BI Composer / OTBI) to provide sales leadership with actionable performance insights.
• Troubleshooting and Support : Provide advanced technical support, including root cause analysis for system errors, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
