Short Description

We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Video Content Editor to manage the full spectrum of our video production needs. The primary focus is transforming raw footage into compelling finished content for marketing / promotions , engaging e-learning modules , and professional internal corporate communications , ensuring brand consistency across all outputs.

Primary Role And Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotional : Edit dynamic, short-form video content (e.g., social media ads, case study highlights, product demos) designed to maximize engagement and drive brand awareness.

E-learning & Training : Develop and edit longer-form instructional videos, ensuring clear narration, synchronized visuals, and incorporating on-screen graphics to support the learning objectives.

Corporate Communications : Produce polished internal videos, including executive messages, event highlights, and recruiting content, maintaining high production standards and professional tone.

Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects) for seamless editing, color grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics.

Handle all aspects of post-production , including rough cuts, final cuts, motion graphics integration, audio cleanup (noise reduction, balancing dialogue and music), and color correction / grading.

Manage and archive video assets efficiently, ensuring proper file organization, version control, and timely delivery in platform-specific formats (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, LMS).

Collaborate closely with the Marketing, HR, and Product teams to align video creative with strategic messaging and learning goals.

Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic, visual style, and quality standard across all video projects.

Apply strong storytelling skills and pacing techniques to maximize viewer retention and effectively convey the intended message, regardless of content type.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education : Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience : 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in a corporate or agency environment managing diverse content types (marketing, training, corporate).

Technical Proficiency : Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects . Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.

Portfolio : A compelling and diverse portfolio or reel demonstrating expertise across various video styles and lengths.

Video Editor, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Motion Graphics, Corporate Video, E-learning, Marketing Content, Post-Production, Storytelling, Sound Design, Color Grading.
