Job Responsibilities :

Conduct personalized and group training sessions

Assess client fitness levels and develop customized workout plans

Guide members on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention

Track client progress and provide motivation

Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

Promote gym services and personal training sessions

Requirements :

Certification : Must be a Certified Gym Trainer

Experience : Prior training experience is a plus but not mandatory

Strong knowledge of fitness training, nutrition, and injury prevention

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others

Perks & Benefits :

Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Work Schedule : 40 – 60 hours per week

Incentives : 5% commission on achieving ₹1 lakh PT amount, 40% commission on personal training sessions

Week Off : Enjoy a week off for rest and relaxation

Additional Qualifications & Skills :

Strong Knowledge of Fitness & Exercise Science – Should have a deep understanding of strength training, cardio, mobility, and flexibility exercises.

Passion for Fitness & Health – A genuine enthusiasm for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.

Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to explain exercises clearly and motivate clients effectively.

Personalized Training Approach – Should be able to tailor workouts to suit different fitness levels and goals.

Sales & Client Engagement – Ability to promote personal training sessions and retain clients.

Basic Nutrition Knowledge – Understanding of diet plans and nutrition to complement workout routines.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Should be able to adjust training methods based on client needs and fitness progress.

Energetic & Approachable Personality – Must be friendly, patient, and encouraging to create a positive workout environment.

Punctuality & Professionalism – Commitment to maintaining a disciplined and professional approach in training.

First Aid & CPR Certification (Preferred) – Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response is an added advantage.
