Job Description :

Job Location : Baner, Pune

Experience : 0.6+ years to 7 years

Work Timings : 6 : 30 pm to 3 : 30 am

Working Days : 5 days working in a week (Monday to Friday)

Must have :

  • IT sales experience in US market.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Strong technical knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Make cold calls for new business leads and End to End sales.
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Keep prospective client database updated.
  • Support in writing new business proposals.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers.
  • Continuously monitor Chat Application for Visitor Interaction.
  • Approach Visitors with a Prompt response.
  • Communicate with customers through live chat and generate leads.
  • Skill-sets :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must have good negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to create good presentations.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
