Responsibilities :
Contributes actively to the evaluation of new and complex applications and identifiication of new system requirements through applying technical leadership competencies
Contributes to the communication and presentations on system enhancements
Manages systems hardware and application software implementation and upgrades
Troubleshoots problems with software on a third level
Applies procedures and protocols for software
Contributes to the conception of new business requirement and development of IT solutions (e.g. SAP)
Implements further improvement of IT applications, technologies or services
For Operations Manager
Manages capacity allocation and alignment with Team Leads
Responsible and accountable for IT application support & monitoring of one IT application
Ensures the adherence to defined SLAs, acts as escalation level if incidents are stuck, assigns incidents and tracks the execution state
