Job Description

Job Title : Associate Manager – CSM

Location : Bengaluru

Reporting to : Manager - CSM

Purpose of the role

Associate manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations while fostering a high-performing, engaged, and motivated team. This role acts as a bridge between strategic objectives and day-to-day execution, driving operational excellence, process improvements, and employee development. The Associate Manager will play a key role in achieving business goals by optimizing workflows, supporting team members' growth, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key tasks & accountabilities

  • Operational Oversight : Manage and supervise daily operations of the CSM UK & IE department, ensuring all deliverables meet operational SLAs and KPIs.
  • Leadership and Independence : Lead the CSM UK & IE team, providing guidance and support to ensure goals are met with minimal need for follow-ups. Exhibit strong independent decision-making skills and take ownership of complex issues.
  • Compliance and Control : Ensure adherence to daily compliance standards in all transactions. Monitor and enforce STAR requirements in all process as required by the guidelines.
  • Process Management : Oversee the end-to-end CSM UK & IE process, including the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues. Perform root cause analysis for high-severity issues and drive process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Foster strong relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders, leading discussions and effectively communicating both orally and in writing. Coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting and Systems : Utilize a comprehensive knowledge of ERP and reporting systems to manage and enhance reporting processes. Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
  • Technical Proficiency : Leverage advanced skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) to support operational activities and decision-making.
  • Attention to Detail : Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, from data entry to financial reporting.
  • Support and Ownership : Take a proactive approach in supporting business requirements and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership in achieving team and organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
  • Manage team schedules, attendance, and workload distribution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, peers, and team members.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and team metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

Level of educational attainment required :

  • BCOM, MBA, or any graduation preferred
  • Previous work experience required :

  • 4 to 7 years of experience
  • IT skills required :

  • Microsoft Office (mandatory)
  • ERP (Syspro will be added advantage)
  • Reporting Tools
