Role Description
Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, content, and images across leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Snapdeal, JioMart, 1Mg , and the company website .
Ensure accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment.
Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies in collaboration with marketing teams to boost visibility and sales.
Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and competitor insights to identify new growth opportunities and drive marketplace performance.
Oversee daily e-commerce operations , including order processing, returns management, claims, and customer issue resolution.
Continuously enhance product discoverability and conversion rates through effective SEO, keyword optimization, and visual improvements.
Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate payment reconciliation.
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with marketplace account managers to secure platform support and promotional opportunities.
Prepare and deliver regular MIS and performance reports highlighting sales, profitability, campaign effectiveness, and operational insights
