Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend Salesforce-enabled improvements.
- Support Salesforce configuration and testing activities (UAT, functional testing).
- Assist in designing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other modules.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
- Document process flows, use cases, and user manuals for Salesforce applications.
- Provide user training and support adoption of new features and enhancements.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, developers, and third-party vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in Salesforce projects.Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.Proficient in writing user stories , process documentation , and test cases .Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodology.Strong understanding of business processes like lead-to-cash, case management, and customer support workflows.Experience with Salesforce tools like Reports & Dashboards , Flow Builder , and Validation Rules .Skills Required
