Duties

Mechanical design of vacuum units, chambers, transfer systems, etc. for semiconductor and FPD manufacturing equipment

Main Duties

Detailed design from specification study for new equipment development and improvement of existing equipment

Research and development of equipment (concept determination, prototyping, and demonstration)

Mechanism design and piping design of existing equipment

Selection of parts and control devices, and technical review

Preparation of assembly instructions for manufacturing processes, etc.

Requirements (Must Have)

Experience in Mechanical Design

(Minimum 5years experience)

Requirments (Nice to have)

Experience in design and development of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, machine tools, industrial machinery, robots, automotive-related equipment, etc.

Experience in the semiconductor industry

Knowledge of mechanics, material mechanics, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and experience in simulation analysis and system design

Experience in vacuum, heat-related (chiller, etc.), gas supply and exhaust system development

Knowledge of mechatronics

Communication skills

English skills
