We’re Hiring : Full-Time Graphic Designer (Remote)

Are you a passionate graphic designer ready to make your mark in the digital world?

BrainBoom Marketing is a rapidly growing digital agency that works with multiple brands across industries from ecommerce businesses to Tech startups. We're looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who thrives on creative challenges and wants to grow alongside a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design scroll-stopping social media creatives for diverse clients (tech, fashion, F&B, healthcare)
  • Create high-converting website banners and digital assets using data-driven design principles
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions where your ideas directly shape campaign strategies
  • Design performance-focused creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads with real budget impact
  • Iterate based on client feedback and A / B test results to optimize designs

Requirements :

  • Strong foundation in design principles (layout, typography, color theory)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
  • A portfolio showcasing your design thinking process

    • Qualifications :

  • Any graduate or postgraduate
  • A background or degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus, not mandatory
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience

    • Location : Remote
