About the Role

We’re hiring a mid-level Marketing Operations Specialist to help scale our marketing and revenue systems with speed, precision, and automation. You’ll play a critical role in executing campaigns, improving marketing-to-sales handoffs, and ensuring our tools and data stay sharp. You’ll operate across Marketo, Salesforce, Clay, Default.com, Apollo, Sales Nav, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM)—with a focus on building efficiency, structure, and reporting clarity into everything we do.

This is not a junior execution role—we’re looking for someone who can think critically, communicate clearly, and bring analytical thinking to workflows, reporting, and marketing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Build and launch email campaigns, webinars, and nurture flows in Marketo
  • Perform QA and validation of assets (tokens, UTM, segmenting, scoring, etc.)
  • Create and maintain reusable program and template assets
  • Clone and customize campaign structures using existing frameworks

Data Ops & Reporting

  • Execute daily list imports, deduplication, and enrichment via Clay or enrichment tools
  • Normalize data fields (title, geography, industry, etc.)
  • Populate dashboards and collaborate on performance reporting
  • Support Salesforce dashboarding and report design using live marketing data
  • System & Workflow Management

  • Maintain sync integrity between Marketo, Salesforce, and Apollo
  • Triage and fix sync errors, routing issues, and field mapping problems
  • Own Google Tag Manager and ensure tracking implementation aligns with GA4 goals
  • Monitor daily workflows and update automations when required
  • Tool & Process Ownership

  • Serve as point of contact for marketing tool admin across GTM, Clay, Apollo, and
  • related tools
  • Document processes, maintain naming conventions, and follow best practices
  • Manage internal QA processes and cross-functional handoffs
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations (Marketo / SFDC a must)
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead lifecycle, scoring, and funnel stage definitions
  • Proven success with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and web tracking strategy
  • Hands-on experience with enrichment tools (Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, etc.)
  • Fluent in troubleshooting CRM / MA sync errors and data flow
  • Strong written English and documentation skills
  • Comfort with pivot tables, logic-based segmentation, and performance metrics
  • Proactive, accountable, and excited by a fast-moving, remote-first team
  • Work Hours & Communication

  • Must be available to overlap 3–4 U.S. business hours daily
  • Daily async updates via Slack and Notion
  • Biweekly meetings with Marketing Ops leadership
