Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Hyderabad. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable vehicles and Mercedes-Benz products that meet their needs. Daily tasks will include consulting clients, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This role requires close collaboration with the sales and after-sales teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand, meet, and exceed customer requirements

Expertise in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction

Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients effectively

Ability to build trust, demonstrate product knowledge, and provide a high-quality buying experience

Previous experience in luxury automobile sales or similar roles is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
