Job descriptionSupervise and ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly and as plannedSupervise the maintenance of electrical installations and associated equipmentRespond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreementsSupervise the installation of electrical systems and associated equipmentAssist in the preparation of estimates / quotations as requiredResponsibility for allocated work orders from receipt to completionProvide progress reports on allocated work ordersMaintain a safe place of work. Immediately notify the manager of any safety issues or concernsAdhere to all regulations in respect of electricity at workAdhere to the electrical department quality management systemDemonstrate leadership and management. Proactively manage and take ownership of issuesPromote teamwork and customer service excellenceRecord keeping and produce detailed work reports, as requiredFlexible availability for 24 / 7 standby duties and emergency call outsEnsure electrical emergencies are responded to within the agreed time-framesCarry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by managementAlways maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Uniform must be worn and should be clean and in a good state of repairComply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labour law
