Job descriptionSupervise and ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly and as planned Supervise the maintenance of electrical installations and associated equipment Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements Supervise the installation of electrical systems and associated equipment Assist in the preparation of estimates / quotations as required Responsibility for allocated work orders from receipt to completion Provide progress reports on allocated work orders Maintain a safe place of work. Immediately notify the manager of any safety issues or concerns Adhere to all regulations in respect of electricity at work Adhere to the electrical department quality management system Demonstrate leadership and management. Proactively manage and take ownership of issues Promote teamwork and customer service excellence Record keeping and produce detailed work reports, as required Flexible availability for 24 / 7 standby duties and emergency call outs Ensure electrical emergencies are responded to within the agreed time-frames Carry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by management Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Uniform must be worn and should be clean and in a good state of repair Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labour law
