Job descriptionTranslate deep subject matter expertise into actionable insights for AI fine-tuning. Design robust evaluation datasets that help benchmark AI performance in STEM education. Collaborate closely with AI / ML engineers, researchers, and product teams to make AI smarter, clearer, and more accurate. Ensure every piece of content meets the highest academic and pedagogical benchmarks. Create and maintain quality rubrics, style guides, and training frameworks for your team. Education : Ph.D. preferred (or M.Sc. / M.Tech from a premier institute such as IIT, NIT, IISc). Expertise : Deep knowledge in one or more STEM domains — Math, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology — with mastery across undergraduate and competitive exam levels (JEE Mains / Advanced). Experience : 7–10 years in teaching, research, or academic content development, plus 2+ years of team leadership experience. Communication : Exceptional clarity in both written and verbal communication. Detail-obsessed and academically sharp. Passionate about education and technology. A problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments. A collaborative leader who believes in the power of AI to transform learning.
