Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Expansion :

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand clinical units across the UAE and GCC, with a strong focus on building and scaling a robust network of clinics. This includes identifying high-potential locations, overseeing setup and operational readiness, and ensuring consistent service delivery across all sites.
• Lead business development initiatives to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
• Oversee new clinic setup, licensing, and operational readiness.
