What You Should Know About This Job

Experience - Freshers / 1 year

Experience in a marketing agency would be a significant advantage, as it provides exposure to a fast-paced environment, client interactions, and diverse marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

ROLE & RESPONISBILITES

Selling e-commerce, Web Development & Design, SEO & Content Services, to potential offshore clients, qualifying and pursuing potential leads from through cold calling, e-mails, bidding, web research, leads from existing clients etc.

Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific services.

Provide solutions based on analyses of customer's needs and on all knowledge of offered services capabilities and limitations.

Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.

Set aggressive targets and devise concrete plans to achieve them.

Responsible for acquiring business and achieving sales figures.

Exploring new potential areas for business development.

Introduce new and innovative programs and other strategies to secure business.

To look after the progress / status of project execution for self-generated projects. Responsible for negotiation and customer relationship management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline, or in Marketing or International Sales from a reputed institute will be preferred

A technical background such as BCA, BSc (Computers), B.Tech (Computers), or GNIIT will be an added advantage.

Individuals must have strong knowledge to understand clients' requirements & also be able to give web presentations to them.

Must be proficient to create new business opportunities.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

Excellent verbal communication skills with strong understanding and negotiation abilities

Having good communication, proven presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to manage all functions of service delivery, sales and marketing

Should be organized, self - driven, energetic and resilient.
