Hiring : Salesforce Architect – Bangalore (Onsite | 5 Days a Week)

We are looking for a high-impact Salesforce Architect to lead the architectural foundation of our next-gen digital transformation. This role is critical during the initial phases of our LOS re-architecture project , setting the direction for scalable, long-term success across our Lines of Business (LOBs).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architectural design , ensuring robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.

Drive strategic decision-making across all early project stages and major technical milestones.

Act as the primary architect during initial implementation, with intensive involvement in planning and blueprinting.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business needs with technical capabilities.

Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and architectural standards.

Own and optimize the Salesforce Mobile App experience to support enterprise-level usage.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in LOS (Loan Origination System) – must have.

Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture , including scalable design patterns and integration frameworks.

Proficiency in Salesforce Mobile App development .

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical architectures.

Experience with enterprise digital transformation or re-architecture programs is a major advantage.

This LOS re-architecture is the first major step in our digital modernization roadmap. A successful implementation will unlock major opportunities for system-wide migrations and product enhancements across other LOBs.
