Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Manager to plan, build, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign (Classic / v8) . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, audience segmentation, and marketing automation, with the ability to collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Execution Design, build, and deploy multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail, In-App).Manage end-to-end campaign workflows including targeting, segmentation, and personalization.Set up recurring and ad-hoc campaigns with proper audience targeting rules and testing scenarios.
- Segmentation & Targeting Create customer segments using Adobe Campaign’s data model and query capabilities (SQL).Leverage behavioural, transactional, and demographic data to build targeted lists.Manage suppression, seed lists, and ensure compliance with opt-in / opt-out rules.
- Personalization & Templates Configure personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates.Work with creative teams to build responsive, personalized email templates.
- Campaign Optimization & Reporting Monitor campaign performance (delivery, open rates, click-throughs, conversions).Conduct A / B testing and provide insights for optimization.Generate campaign reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with data, analytics, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.Work with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical campaign setups.Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic / v8) campaign execution and management.Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices (deliverability, compliance, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building .Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates .Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation .Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail).Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting & campaign optimization .Ability to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams .Excellent communication and project management skills.Nice to Have
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for email template troubleshooting.Exposure to integration with CRM / CDP systems (Adobe AEP, Snowflake, etc.).
