Job Description – Sr. Executive - Sales Training

Location : Gurgaon

Work Mode : 6 Days WFO

Shift Timings : 10am-7pm

Reports To : Assistant Manager – Sales Training

Role Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Training Executive to join our Learning &

Development team and contribute to the sales performance of our diploma program sales

teams. This role involves the hands-on implementation of training plans, managing daily training

schedules, tracking sales reps’ progress, and supporting the Assistant Manager in building a

high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct daily huddles, refreshers, and product knowledge sessions for sales

executives focused on diploma programs.

  • Coordinate with sales managers to schedule ongoing and remedial training sessions
  • based on performance data.

  • Support the onboarding process by delivering initial training modules for new joiners.
  • Create basic learning materials like sales pitch templates, FAQs, and objection
  • handling guides for quick reference.

  • Monitor training effectiveness through quizzes, call audits, and mock calls, and share
  • insights with the Assistant Manager.

  • Track and maintain records of training attendance, performance assessments, and
  • feedback forms.

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to implement new learning initiatives,
  • including contests and gamified training formats.

  • Maintain strong communication with sales teams to identify on-ground challenges and
  • knowledge gaps.

  • Ensure training alignment with the company’s sales goals and customer engagement
  • standards.

    Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Training, Telesales Coaching, or L&D Coordination
  • preferably in Ed-Tech or similar industry).

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Basic content creation abilities (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Energetic and hands-on approach to training delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward continuous learning.
