About the Role
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – DevOps professional to design, automate, and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems. The ideal candidate will contribute directly to enhancing technology capabilities and business performance through innovative, sustainable DevOps and reliability practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain CI / CD pipelines to ensure smooth code integration and deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize production systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve release processes and reliability.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the DevOps and SRE ecosystem.
Required Skills and Experience :
1 -3 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP).Hands-on experience with :
CI / CD tools : Jenkins, Git.Automation & IaC tools : Ansible, Terraform.Scripting : Bash, Perl.Operating Systems : Unix / Linux.Monitoring & Logging tools : Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, or similarAbility to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and handle critical production issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
Willingness to travel for short or long-term project assignments.
Preferred Qualifications :
BE / BTech / BCA / MCA (Science or Engineering background preferred).Certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes are an added advantage.Requirements
