We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team at Acetech. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Hiring and Talent Acquisition, with a proven ability to attract and onboard top-performing professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and related functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver quality talent within timelines.
• Drive creative sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Handle recruitment analytics, vendor coordination, and candidate experience.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with company 5-9 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition (Sales Hiring preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, confident, and presentable professional.
• Must be based in Mumbais Western Suburbs.
