Job description

We are seeking a Data & AI Delivery Head to lead end-to-end delivery of Data, AI / ML, and Advanced Analytics programs for global clients. The role requires strong expertise in data engineering, AI / ML, cloud platforms, and stakeholder management, with proven experience in scaling delivery operations and building high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Leadership
  • Own end-to-end delivery for Data & AI programs across multiple clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement delivery best practices, governance frameworks, and agile methodologies.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership on delivery.
  • Translate client business needs into technical solutions in Data & AI.
  • Manage escalations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure business continuity.
  • Practice & People Management
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams (Data Engineering, MLOps, Data Science, AI Architects).
  • Foster continuous learning and innovation culture in AI / ML and emerging tech.
  • Drive resource planning, utilization, and competency development.
  • Technology & Innovation
  • Provide thought leadership in Data & AI, including Cloud Data Platforms, Generative AI, and MLOps.
  • Partner with CoEs to design scalable accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply emerging technologies to client solutions.
  • Business Growth
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support RFPs, solutioning, and account growth.
  • Drive revenue realization, margin optimization, and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Data & AI delivery leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale Data Engineering, AI / ML, and Analytics programs .
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Data / AI services.
  • Experience in MLOps, DataOps, and AI-driven solutions .
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to global delivery models and managing distributed teams.
