Roles & Responsibilities :

• Identify and onboard new insurance agents.
• Ensure agents are trained and activated within timeline.
• Guide agents to generate consistent business.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly / quarterly targets.
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience in the current company .
• Background in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales preferred.
