📞 Full sales cycle ownership : Prospect, qualify, conduct discovery calls and demos, nurture relationships, and close deals
🚀 Drive outbound sales initiatives specifically for US-based clients
📈 Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted multi-channel outreach and strategic campaigns
🤝 Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align territory plans and messaging
🎯 Present tailored AI-powered SaaS solutions addressing client pain points and buyer personas
📊 Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM data integrity
🌐 Represent Convin at industry events and virtual meetings to expand brand presence
💡 Act as a trusted advisor to prospects by sharing insights on conversation intelligence and Convin’s value proposition
🎯 Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
🧠 Requirements
2 to 6 years of outbound sales experience, preferably within SaaSProven experience in US outbound sales with knowledge of US buyer behaviors and outreach strategiesStrong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, especially in early-stage or startup environmentsExperience as a founding AE or working in startup sales is highly preferredDemonstrated success in pipeline building and strategic lead generationAbility to engage and influence VP- and C-level executivesProficient with CRM and sales tools like HubSpot / Salesforce, Outreach / Reply.io, Google Workspace, MS OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalentInterview Process
