Job descriptionEnsure accurate and consistent daily / monthly uploads while maintaining data integrity. Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data and proactively resolve discrepancies. Act as the point of contact for the centralized software, ensuring smooth functioning and basic troubleshooting. Identify inefficiencies in data workflows, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and minimize errors. Work with cross-functional teams to align on data requirements, resolve issues, and provide training / support on data management practices. Graduate in any discipline. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Ability to manage large datasets efficiently. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Proactive problem-solving and process enhancement capabilities. Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions. Work with a creative and technology-driven team on high-impact projects. Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency. Exposure to cross-functional teams and learning across departments.
