Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Lead React.js Developer with 7+ years of hands-on front-end development experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of high-performance web applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the front-end development efforts using React.js and modern web technologies.
  • Architect, design, and develop robust, reusable, and efficient components.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to define and implement high-quality user experiences.
  • Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development , with at least 4+ years focused on React.js .
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, and related libraries .
  • Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 , and responsive web design principles.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
  • Expertise in state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit) and performance optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2 / JWT .
  • Proficiency with version control tools (Git, GitHub / GitLab) and CI / CD workflows .
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with TypeScript and Next.js .
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, Vite , etc.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Understanding of micro-frontend architecture and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure) .
  • Previous experience in leading or mentoring teams in an Agile / Scrum environment.
