Role Description
We are looking for a data-obsessed Performance Marketer to own our paid acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our ad spend across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google, and Amazon.
it’s about relentless optimization. You will analyze data to lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and optimize ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) on Amazon. You will bridge the gap between creative strategy and media buying.

Requirements
Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media budgets of [₹10L +] per month.
Channel Expertise : Deep technical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, and Amazon Advertising Console (Seller Central / Vendor Central).
E-commerce Fluency : Strong understanding of E-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, Conversion Rate) and platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon FBA).
Analytical Mindset : Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Creative Eye : Ability to identify why a creative is winning or losing and articulate that to the design team.
