Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Sales Leadership :Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieverevenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnershipsto expand the corporate client base.
Team Management :Lead and mentor the corporate sales team, setting clear goalsand performance benchmarks.
Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance team skillsand performance.
Client Relationship Management :Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporateclients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintainsatisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis :Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrydevelopments to inform sales strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management fornew product development and market expansion.
Sales Operations :Oversee the end-to-end corporate sales cycle, from lead generationto deal closure.
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of salesperformance.
Ensure face time with Corporate for selling and conduct salespresentations.
Prospect for potential Corporate using various direct methodssuch as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as
networking, LinkedIn etc.
Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge (AmbraneProducts) in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects at
Admin Heads / HR Heads / Marketing Heads / Trade Marketing Heads / IT
Heads / Loyalty Program Heads etc.
