Job Description
About the Role - “Reveur”
We’re hiring a Founding Product & Experience Designer. This is a creative leadership role for someone who thinks like a founder, creates like an artist, and executes like an engineer. You will define the visual and experiential DNA for our products and brand, push the frontier of motion and interaction, and build systems others can scale.
You will work directly with the founder and the core team to shape our design culture, standards, and operating system across product, brand, and storytelling.
As a Reveur, you will :
- Define and Systematize Experience Architecture
- Establish the experience architecture for Reveriext products - aligning design, interaction, and motion with system-level logic.
- Define experience principles, component hierarchies, and visual semantics that scale across web, mobile, and platform environments.
- Create frameworks for adaptive and AI-driven interfaces, integrating generative design and intent-based interactions.
- Lead Product Design and Interaction Engineering
- Own end-to-end UX and UI for high-impact product surfaces - from ideation to production-ready design specs.
- Partner with engineering to translate design tokens, grid systems, and animations into reliable, performance-aware code (CSS variables, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
- Prototype using Figma, Framer or Webflow, and motion libraries to validate transitions, state logic, and narrative flow before build.
- Ensure every interaction and visual transition is frame-perfect, consistent, and measurable.
- Build and Maintain the Design SystemArchitect the Reveriext Design System - a unified repository of tokens, components, and motion assets.
- Implement and version the system using Figma, GitHub, and design-tokens pipelines, ensuring cross-team reliability.
- Integrate with development workflows using Storybook or similar component documentation tools.
- Maintain governance around accessibility, performance, and scalability standards.
- Operationalize Motion & Performance
- Define motion principles, animation timing curves, and transition patterns that align with brand emotion and system logic.
- Collaborate with front-end and motion engineers to ensure 60fps-level performance across all devices and browsers.
- Use profiling tools to measure motion performance, optimize asset size (Lottie, WebGL, SVG), and reduce rendering overhead.
- Document implementation-ready motion specs and reusable animation assets for dev hand-off.
- Lead Design Technology and Culture
- Build and mentor a hybrid design-tech team fluent in design systems, motion, and prototyping.
- Drive design ops : from component libraries to plugin automation for faster design-to-dev pipelines.
- Partner with founders to shape design strategy, experimentation, and system evolution.
- Champion AI-native design workflows, leveraging automation for speed and generative exploration.
- Represent design in technical discussions - ensuring usability, performance, and experience are engineered as one.

Who You Are
You might call yourself a designer, but you think like a Reveur - a builder of experiences and systems.
5+ years in design with depth across visual, motion, and interaction; experience leading or mentoring teams.Portfolio that demonstrates excellence in visual systems, product design, motion language, and creative experimentation.Proven record of designing and shipping 5–6 products or experiences that reached 100,000+ users across web, mobile, or desktop.Fluency in multi-device, responsive systems and performance-aware motion.Comfortable defining motion principles and a motion language that scales across products.Collaborates deeply with engineering to ship feasible, using modern libraries and asset formats (Lottie, WebGL, Rive).Curiosity for AI-native workflows, new prototyping environments, and storytelling through motion.Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and ownership in founding environments.Nice to Haves
Experience with data visualization and motion for dashboardsFamiliarity with design tokens and motion in code (CSS animations, JS / TS libraries)Understanding of performance budgets for animation on the web and mobileExperience creating branded product videos or launch reelsExposure to spatial computing or emerging interaction modelsShare your portfolio and a short note about an experience or motion system you’re proud of. Links to prototypes or motion breakdowns are a plus. Marquee work examples to include :
A motion system or interaction language you codified across a product suiteA complex, multi-device experience with performance-aware motionA design system contribution : tokens, components, or motion guidelines at scaleA prototype or reel that demonstrates narrative flow, state transitions, and usabilityBenefits
Compensation
Competitive base plus equity with significant upside as we progress from prototype to scale.Founding-level equity range aligned with scope and impact.Equity : founding-level equity, adjusted for scope, seniority, and milestone ownership. Why Join Reveriext
Be a founding voice shaping a new kind of product and design culture.Influence both the experiential vision and the cultural evolution of Reveriext.Work in a high-trust, high-impact environment where bold ideas thrive.Requirements
