We at Coforge are hiring a AI & ServiceNow Operations with the following skillset :

• Lead enterprise evaluation and adoption strategy for AI / ML platforms including Microsoft Azure AI & Copilot, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and other market players
• Act as an AI evangelist and advisor to business leaders, translating complex capabilities into real-world use cases (e.g., GenAI copilots, intelligent chatbots, process intelligence, AI agents)
• Guide business units on how to leverage AI responsibly and effectively, balancing innovation, cost, security, and compliance
• Establish and oversee AI platform operations, including model lifecycle management, retraining schedules, usage monitoring, and performance optimization
• Define and implement AI observability, monitoring, and drift detection mechanisms to ensure high availability and trust in AI-driven outputs
• Work closely with IT Ops and platform teams to integrate AI into observability, alerting, and AIOps pipelines for real-time insights and automation triggers
• Own the AI platform governance model – including access control, versioning, security, and audit compliance
