Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Tech Lead to drive project delivery, manage high-performing teams, and ensure technical excellence. The role involves leading engineering projects end-to-end, shaping strategy, working closely with clients, and fostering innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Delivery & Governance : Own engineering project delivery (scope, timelines, quality). Define standards, enforce best practices, and manage risks.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams; oversee performance reviews, hiring, and career development.
• Stakeholder & Client Management : Partner with customers, product, and sales teams to understand requirements, resolve concerns, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Strategy & Pre-Sales : Support pre-sales engagements with technical expertise, solution design, and proposals. Align engineering roadmap with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive process optimization, adopt new tools / technologies, and promote innovation to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
