We are seeking an Admin Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative support to team members and executives
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant fieldProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work under pressureAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesExperience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scannersSkills Required
