Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Familiarity with data modeling, visualization, and reporting concepts. Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal
candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, leveraging
data-driven insights to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and drive business
growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for improving business performance.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of analytics frameworks and KPIs for performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics solutions.
- Prepare business documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test cases.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and clients.
