Role Purpose :

The Technology Head Platforms will lead the vision, architecture, and realization of next-generation, AI / ML-first intelligent platforms that power enterprise-scale digital products and services. This role demands a visionary leader who can turn ideas into reality through productization and standardization, building modular, scalable, and commercially viable solutions that drive measurable business value.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving platform modernization, orchestrating automation, and optimizing performance across distributed ecosystems while supporting internal IT transformation initiatives. A strong grasp of commercial strategy, technical innovation, and cross-functional leadership will be essential to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients and enterprise operations alike.

• Define and lead the strategic vision for AI / ML-first platform ecosystems aligned with business growth objectives.
• Build, productize, and standardize reusable digital components that accelerate innovation and ensure agility.
• Drive a commercially intelligent technology strategy, optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO) and maximizing ROI for every initiative.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions through technology foresight and data-driven insight.
• Drive scalability, resilience, and reliability standards across all mission-critical systems.
