Job descriptionProven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and work under pressure to meet targets. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and update customer information in the database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and feedback from customers.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines to maintain high customer service standards.
