Job Description

The key responsibilities include :

• Development and implementation of a strategic plan of Medical Education in the different therapeutic areas.
• Development and distribution of scientific and clinical material.
• Advancement and implementation of a trainer development program.
• Measuring effectiveness of the program.
• Maintain current knowledge of current and future products.
• Support in key initiatives for patient and physician programs.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate :

• Strong people manager with experience handling multi-level teams.
• Proven track record in medical education, training, or medical aesthetics; background in dermatology / medical devices preferred.
• Exposure to external stakeholder management including aesthetic clinics.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration, campaigns, and event management.
• Process orientation and compliance management.
• Ability to build and motivate teams, maintain morale, and develop talent.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with HCPs and internal functions.
• Strategic mindset to scale the company's impact and support commercial growth.
