Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level leaders in schools, educational institutions, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging an extensive network in the education sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
Sales Planning & Execution :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay updated on industry trends and competition.Plan and manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.Field Operations :
Actively engage in fieldwork when required to establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.Organize and attend meetings, presentations, and events to showcase the organization's offerings.Provide on-site support and training to clients as needed.Reporting & Insights :
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM tools.Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior Experience :Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.A strong network with schools, educational platforms, or institutions like Aakash, Byju's, or similar organizations is highly desirable.Experience in interacting with senior leaders and decision-makers across Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Personal Attributes :
