Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development & Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level leaders in schools, educational institutions, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging an extensive network in the education sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Sales Planning & Execution :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Field Operations :

  • Actively engage in fieldwork when required to establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Organize and attend meetings, presentations, and events to showcase the organization's offerings.
  • Provide on-site support and training to clients as needed.
  • Reporting & Insights :

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior Experience :
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • A strong network with schools, educational platforms, or institutions like Aakash, Byju's, or similar organizations is highly desirable.
  • Experience in interacting with senior leaders and decision-makers across Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
