We’re seeking a Technical Specialist who blends deep CMS development expertise with architectural thinking — someone who can design scalable solutions, guide teams, and ensure technical excellence across all stages of a project.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement CMS architectures aligned with scalability, performance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery teams to prepare technical effort estimates, solution approaches, and feasibility assessments for new projects.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Lead API-based integrations (REST, GraphQL) and headless CMS solutions.
• Review and guide development work to maintain code quality, consistency, and maintainability.
• Work closely with UI / UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentor developers, providing technical guidance and support in CMS best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization within the CMS team.
• Balance multiple assignments effectively while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong organizational discipline, adhering to defined processes, documentation, and review practices.
• Maintain proactive communication, collaborating both synchronously and asynchronously across teams.
